Easy Returns Process

We offer a hassle-free returns process for any products that do not meet your expectations. Simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exceptions

Shipping, Returns and Refund Policy

We aim to ship all products in 7-10 business days, in the rare instance this is not possible we will ensure to contact you in advance to advise of any changes or delays. During our Christmas period this does change to 7-14 business days as it is our busiest time of the year. If you need an express delivery please contact us before placing the order for us to confirm if this is possible.

We ship all orders via Evri, unless the customer has a preference (please note this may incur an additional charge) all orders over £50 will automatically receive free shipping at checkout.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Your item must be in the original packaging. Include a copy of your packing note so that your parcel can be identified.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your item it will be processed and you will receive an email confirming the refund is being processed. We do offer exchanges on items however, any item personalised with a name would not be eligible, please contact us to discuss this before processing returns.

All shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returning items. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

If you would like to have an item shipped directly to a friend or family member please do contact us and we can discuss address’ names etc. If an address is overseas, we are still able to accommodate this (within the shipping laws) but please let us know before you place the order as shipping cost will differ from the website which you as the customer are liable for.
